Political Advertising - Overview

A high level overview of political advertising in BidTheatre DSP

From February 16, 2026, it is again possible to run political ads targeted to EU countries in BidTheatre DSP. The workflow is:

  • Create a Political Sponsor

  • Provide EU mandated campaign information

  • Provide a URL to the sponsor for sign-off that the information is correct

  • Finish campaign setup

  • Await audit by BidTheatre's team

Each ad will contain an EU mandated transparency notice that links to a detailed transparency page. See https://help.bidtheatre.com/en/articles/13544317-political-advertising-creatives for more information.
