Adding users to your account

This article will go over how you can create new users to your account, the different user types and also API user

To create new users, locate the cogwheel top right in the account and select Users under the Account section. Here you have to option to Grant access to existing users and also add New user.



Click New user and fill in Username / Email, User Role*, First name, Last name and Password*.


User Role*, here you have two options:

Administrator, can see:
Account Settings
Users
Billing
Personal Settings
Subscriptions

Template groups
My Achievements

Campaign manager, can only see:
Personal Settings

Password* when creating it, make sure to include one number and one special character.

Leave rest of the options unchecked for a normal users and click Create user, when done you can click Actions top right to send a password reset and welcome to the new user.


API User: Check this option if you are creating a new user for Funnel / Google Looker Studio integration or simply just want to access the API. An API User won't be able to access the normal GUI so makes sure not to accidentally click it on a normal user.
When created, use those credentials when logging in to an external reporting system or to our API.

Small tip, the email doesn't need to exist, for an example you can use your company name @ funnel .com (bidtheatre@funnel.com) in the Username / Email field.
