Should SSP block bid requests without consent?
BidTheatre prefers to receive bid requests regardless of the SSP's status with consent support.

BidTheatre will parse "gdpr" field on user sync calls. If gdpr=1, "gdpr_consent" parameter will be parsed for consent. Response will only be made if consent is given. Fields are returned back to SSP user sync if instructions how to receive them has been given to BidTheatre.
